Objective of the position

Responsible for execution of all construction activities of the assigned Tower/s in the Ashiana project while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE.

Person Specification

Qualification:

Essential:

  • BE ( Civil ) with 5- 8 yrs experience in civil structure

Desirable: 

  • Shall be reported by Foreman / supervisors / Jr. Engineers / Engrs – as may be required
  •  Should possess good personality and communication skills (writing and speaking )

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience

  • 5- 10 yrs Civil and structure experience completed
  • At least one full project multi storey building ( foundation to super structure)
  • Should have Piling work experience

Salary : 8-9 lacs pa

Age : upto 35 yrs

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • MS Word / Excel / Auto Cad is a Must

  • Exposure to ERP Environment shall be an added advantage

Key Results Areas

  • Able to read & discuss ,architectural and structural drawings & identify discrepancies , if any , in time
  • Able to develop bar bending schedule for execution
  • Able to check quality of work from contractors and material quality
  • Good exposure to quality of shuttering work , concrete a& its pouring
  • Able to do site survey , setting up lay out and levels doing survey equipment and other methods
  • Able to control quality of Brick and plaster work
  • Able to work out ordering quantities of cement , steel , concrete and other building materials
  • Able to work out Shuttering , scaffolding and machinery items and knowledge of equipment in use
  • Able to execute and quality of waterproofing , brick / block work and plastering .
  • Able to interact & co ordinate with internal team & contractors .
  • Responsible for taking timely & quality work out put from contractors .
  • Able to draw submit daily work report , daily / weekly / fortnightly & monthly work planning reports
  • Able to certify contractors work done , reconciliation and timely material & manpower requirement
