Responsible for execution of all construction activities at the assigned project including Civil and MEP works while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE.
Work experience in construction of high rise residential projects
Between 32 – 40 years
B.E. / B. Tech Civil from institute of repute and good passing grades
Working Knowledge of Auto CAD & MS Excel
Rs. 10 Lac P.A.
Main 10 years out of which at least 3 years should be in responsible position for managing execution of high rise housing towers. Should have experienced at least one high rise residential project from excavation to handing over of the project
*Contracting company background, with leadership role on at least 1 project of min 3 lac sq ft in residential
*In case of Real Estate Developer Company Project execution through labor contractor and not through large contractors or PMC
* Exposure of working in Gurugram
* Ability to mobilize labour, deal with sub contractors and manage billing
*Coordinate with internal depts. like architecture, finance, engineering
* Team Handling & Conflict Resolution skills
*Negotiation, Coordination & Execution Skills
