Objective of the position

Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling the maintenance of common facilities in all completed housing complexes as well as responsible for managing security, housekeeping and horticulture services at all under-construction sites of Ashiana in a cost effective manner.

Qualification:Graduate any

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience

Essential: 

10-15yrs of experience in Facility operations/ general administration of facilities at residential housing projects.

Handling operations of multiple projects at different locations. Min 4-5 projects.

Experience working with facility management companies like CBRE, JLL etc….

Ability to manage 5-6 sites and multiple locations

Extensive outstation traveling required

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • *Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • *Good communications & Coordination skills
  • *Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)

Salary

Rs 15-16 lacs p.a.

Key Results Areas

  • Develop and manage cost effective site budgets without compromising on quality of services
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance of all common facilities as per agreed SLAs
  • Develop short and long term strategies to ensure quality services/facilities for clients at all sites
  • Manage and prioritize resource utilization at all GCMPL sites.
  • Source and manage the vendors providing facilities like housekeeping, security or any other service providers
  • Build and manage relationship with RWAs and local administration
  • MIS and report generation
  • Supervise performance of all technical services
  • Coach, Mentor and develop internal staff for their retention and growth
