Objective of the position

Responsible for execution of construction activities for a commercial Project including Civil finishing works while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE.

Person Specification

Age:

upto 35 yrs

Qualification:

Essential : BE ( Civil ) with 5- 8 yrs experience in civil with minimum 3-4 yrs in Finishing works structure

Desirable : Should possess good personality and communication skills (writing and speaking )

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience :

  • 5- 10 yrs experience with majorly in building Finishing works
  • should have completed at least one full project multi storey building finishing work start to finish.

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • MS Word / Excel / Auto Cad is a Must
  • Exposure to ERP Environment shall be an added advantage
  • Eye to detailing is highly desired

Salary : 8 – 9 Lacs

Key Results Areas

  • Exposure to a Commercial building /  Residential complex with rich material and finishing specifications shall be required .
  • should have good knowledge of tiling , granite marble , dry cladding and false ceiling works
  • should have fair idea of requirement of MEP works to be incorporated in Civil and finishing works
  • should be able to independently read & discuss ,architectural/structural and interior related  & identify discrepancies , if any , in time
  • Should be able to check & verify  quality of  material  7 supervise work from contractors
  • Should have good exposure to quality of shuttering work, concrete & its pouring
  • Should be able to  do site lay out and levels marking for various finishing activities .
  • should be able to control quality of Brick and plaster work
  • Should be able to work out ordering quantities of finishing materials incl. wastages considerations
  • Should be able to execute and control quality of waterproofing , brick / block work and plastering
  • Should be able to interact & co ordinate with internal team &  contractors .
  • Shall be responsible for taking timely & quality work out put from contractors .
  • should be able to draw submit daily work report , daily / weekly / fortnightly & monthly work planning  reports
  • should be able to certify contractors work done , reconciliation and timely material & manpower requirement
