Objective of the position

Responsible for coordination of construction drawings which should reach the project teams in a timely manner, and as per agreed parameters to ensure that project adheres to the high quality of work associated with Ashiana Homes.

Person Specification

Qualification: B.Arch

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience

Essential: 4-5 years in high rise residential housing projects / office building projects with architectural consultants

Age: 25 – 30 years

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • *Proficiency in Auto cad, Working knowledge of Photoshop, 3-D Max, coral draw, Revit

  • *Innovative and Creative thinking, Coordination skills & Quality Orientation

Key Results Areas

  • Assist in Project Design
  • Effective coordination with external consultants
  • Adherence to local bye laws, ensuring good quality accurate sanction drawings and completion drawings.
  • Preparing architectural and detailed working drawings
  • Safe keeping/preservation of the AS BUILT drawings
  • Coordination with Project site team
  • Timely Preparation of area chart for project(s) with optimum utilization of area
  • Adherence to the standards for design requirement for each project and specifications
  • Timely Issuance of tender drawings & GFCs to ensure proper planning & execution
  • Assist in Preparation of master checklist of all material specifications to be executed in the project
  • Identification and regular reporting of deviations during site visits
  • Meeting of all committed TATs
